Shall we dance 1.2.3 is a show tune from the 1951 Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, The King and I. The song is most famous for a sequence charged with romantic tension in which the character Anna played by Deborah Kerr, teaches the King (Yul Brynner) to dance.
I wanted to share my passion of ballroom dancing with you, When I was just three years old my lovely mum put me into ballroom & Latin American dancing. One of my favourite dances was a Latin American Rumba and Cha, cha, cha. I use to love learning all the steps and entering competitions. In my spare time, I still go to evening classes as a little bit of exercise :). It always takes me right back to when I was a little girl. So, now you know one of my passions, please feel free to share yours with me by leaving a comment below. I look forward to reading them and thank you for reading or watching the video.
Thank You.
Until next time,
Debbie Nunn. x
